La Darsena
A hospitality project developed for the Darsena di Genova, designed to accommodate crews and guests within the marina complex. The scheme combines spaces for dining, wellness and leisure, including a restaurant, lounge areas, gym, yoga and sports facilities. Large glazed surfaces, green roofs and recycled-plastic cladding with a timber finish define the architectural identity of the project. The buildings are based on the HSN prefabricated system, allowing for generous, flexible and highly customizable interiors while retaining the efficiency, precision and assembly logic of industrialized construction.
Gronda Base Camp
A base camp developed to support the expansion of a major road connection, designed to accommodate the operational, administrative and residential functions required on site. The complex includes dormitories, offices, canteens and communal spaces, arranged as a functional and easily expandable settlement. The buildings are assembled from containerized modular units with profiled steel cladding, providing structural strength, durability and reliability under demanding site conditions. A system of colored façade bands gives each building a clear visual identity according to its function, improving orientation and the overall legibility of the camp.
Sede produttiva - Titanmed
Realizzazione della nuova sede produttiva di TitanMed, concepita per integrare all’interno di un unico complesso la palazzina uffici e l’area produttiva sottostante.
Per rispondere alle specifiche esigenze funzionali e operative del cliente, il progetto è stato sviluppato utilizzando il sistema prefabbricato HSN, che ha consentito di realizzare una struttura articolata e perfettamente adattata al layout produttivo richiesto. La flessibilità del sistema ha permesso di ottimizzare gli spazi, garantendo al tempo stesso e cienza operativa e qualità architettonica.
L’edificio è caratterizzato da una facciata continua sul fronte principale, elemento distintivo del progetto che conferisce leggerezza e contemporaneità all’architettura. Le ampie superfici vetrate contribuiscono a definire l’identità estetica della sede, favorendo al contempo l’ingresso della luce naturale negli ambienti di lavoro.
Italian Air Force Housing
New residential units for Air Force personnel, designed to expand the accommodation capacity of the existing barracks. The project was developed with particular attention to its urban context, using a restrained architectural language to establish continuity with the surrounding residential fabric. A compact intervention balancing functional efficiency, living quality and contextual integration.
Middle School
A school building developed using the HSN prefabricated system, designed to combine high construction standards, indoor comfort and energy performance. The building envelope combines internal plasterboard linings with external thermal insulation. The façade takes advantage of this external layer as an architectural element, using shifts in geometry and depth to create a lighter, more dynamic expression. Interior spaces were designed in accordance with stringent educational standards, with particular attention to thermal and acoustic comfort, safety and the quality of the learning environment.
Student Housing
A student housing complex developed using the HSN prefabricated system, designed to combine efficient living spaces with areas for study, dining and community life. The façades use sandwich panels in different tones to give the building a clear and dynamic identity. Bright interiors, shared spaces, dining areas and student rooms are organized to support comfort, functionality and everyday social interaction.
Capsule
A mobile broadcast unit developed in collaboration with Radio Deejay, designed as a highly recognizable, transportable space for use across different events and locations. Its architecture is shaped by an engineered, industrial language: sharp geometries, exposed technical logic and a compact, almost machine-like presence give the unit a distinctly futuristic identity. Inside, the space is organized around broadcasting performance, with acoustic treatment and professional equipment for live radio, streaming and multimedia production, combining technical precision with operational comfort.
