At CleverSpace, design begins with reality. Structure, production, transport, assembly, materials and function are not constraints to overcome, but conditions from which our architecture takes shape. We believe form should emerge from logic, precision and necessity. Prefabrication is not something to conceal, but a language to be expressed with clarity, where materials, details and construction logic contribute to the identity of the project. A balance between engineering and space, efficiency and quality, simplicity and comfort.
Our expertise and philosophy
Our design philosophy is based on two complementary modular construction systems, developed to meet different architectural and functional objectives. The first core principle is that of volumetric modularity. Modules that are fully manufactured in the factory and ready for installation enable reduced construction times, controlled processes and rapid commissioning of the building. An ideal solution when efficiency, scalability and speed are key factors. The second core element is the HSN structural system, a beam-and-column technology that expands the possibilities of modular construction. By overcoming the dimensional limitations of traditional modules, HSN enables the creation of large open spaces, bespoke façades and highly distinctive architectural designs.

Lead Architect
Raised around sheet-metal fabrication and prefabricated construction, he developed an early understanding of how buildings are made before learning how they are designed. Graduated in Architecture from the Accademia di Architettura di Mendrisio in 2019, he refined his technical background into a distinctive architectural approach.
At CleverSpace, he leads the architectural vision, bridging industrial knowledge, design and prefabrication.
